Associate Director - Program & Project Management

Project Manager Duties

Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope

Project Manager Requirements

1014 years of Work Experience and 5 years of actual Project and Program Manager Experience

Project managers should have a background in business skills management budgeting and analysis You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks you also need to be a team player and have a problemsolving aptitude

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third partiesvendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget

Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with all stakeholders

Perform risk management through Risk register to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third partiesvendors

Proficient in the below Project Management tools

Go getter soft spoken but aggressive

Understands Stakeholder Management

Good Communication

Strong Project Management skills

Proficient in the below tools

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Should be good in maintaining project documents ie Project Charter SOW Requirement gathering KPI reporting RAID RACI matrix Communication strategy

Must have handled multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

PMP certification is a plus

Having program management experience will be an added advantage

Having security PM knowledge is not mandatory but will be an added advantage
