ASSOCIATE MANAGER (LOCATION: COIMBATORE)

Work experience: freshers and upto 0-1 year experience.

Role And Responsibilities :

•ASSOCIATE MANAGER roles are responsible for

•Generating new business from the sales officer.

•Recruit, train sales officers & generate business

through them.

•Responsible for a managing a term.

•Playing the role of a problem solver and actively

resolve issues and queries.

•Hold regular meetings with BDO, lead providers,

•Intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining

•Records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

•Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.

Desired Candidate Profile :

•0.6 to 1 year talent recruitment experience required.

•Full time/ Part time graduation is mandatory.

•Communication and presentation skill.
