ASST. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - MICRO LAP CROSS SELL - COIMBATORE

 Business Development:

·         Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve Micro LAP disbursement targets for the assigned region.

·         Identify high-potential catchments and drive lead generation through Gold Loan Branches

·         Maintain relationships with Gold Branch Managers and Branch Team

Cross-Sell Strategy Execution:

·         Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer segments.

·         Collaborate with other product teams (e.g., gold loan, to maximize customer wallet share.

Credit and Process Adherence:

·         Coordinate with the credit team to ensure quick TAT for login to disbursal.

·         Ensure quality sourcing with minimal deviations and adherence to credit policy.

·         Monitor file movement across login, sanction, and disbursal stages.

Reporting and Analysis:

·         Track regional sales performance through dashboards and MIS reports.

·         Analyse competitor activities and provide feedback to senior management.

·         Forecast sales trends and market conditions to proactively adjust strategy.

Stakeholder Coordination:

·         Liaise with internal teams – Credit, Operations, Legal, and Collections for smooth end-to-end processing.

·         Conduct regular meetings and feedback sessions.
