Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales General Manager to lead our sales operations at CAG Yamaha. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the automobile industry, specifically in two-wheelers, and a proven track record in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, providing training and support as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with service and parts departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and manage expenses to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a sales management role within the automobile industry, with a focus on two-wheelers.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Tools: Proficient in sales management software and MS Office Suite.
