Back Office Executive

Job Summary:Sigma Process Controls is looking for a smart and organized Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative and sales coordination activities. The candidate will support the sales and dispatch team by preparing quotations, maintaining records, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth office operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and send quotations for blowers, pumps, and spare parts.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain sales records, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and material availability.
• Follow up with clients for order confirmation and payments.
• Maintain stock and dispatch coordination records.
• Prepare basic reports in MS Excel (Sales, Pending Orders, Payments).
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
• Assist management in day-to-day office activities.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Email drafting and professional communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Qualification:Any Degree / Diploma.
• 1–3 years experience in back office / admin / sales coordination preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
