Back Office Incharge

We are looking to Recruit Back office Executive for our TVS SHOWROOM ( TWO WHEELER ). Key duties include managing vehicle inventory records, processing customer documentation (insurance, finance, registration), handling billing/invoicing via systems like Tally, coordinating with sales teams, and managing regulatory compliance.

• Documentation & Compliance: Processing RTO documents, vehicle insurance renewals, and financial documentation for vehicle sales.
• Data Management & Sales Support: Maintaining customer databases, entering sales and service data, and supporting the sales team with records.
• Inventory Tracking: Tracking vehicle inventory, accessories, and spare parts inventory, including stock updates and ordering.
• Finance & Billing: Processing invoices, handling payments, maintaining daily records of transactions, and assisting in accounts receivable/payable.
• Administrative Duties: Managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and handling interdepartmental coordination to facilitate smooth service delivery.
