Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker with strong pastry-making experience to prepare high-quality baked goods and desserts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dough preparation, pastry techniques, and decorative finishing, while maintaining high standards of food safety, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, cookies, and desserts

Measure, mix, proof, and bake ingredients according to recipes and production schedules

Create laminated doughs (croissants, puff pastry, danish) and specialty pastries

Prepare fillings, creams, icings, glazes, and toppings

Decorate and finish pastries to a high visual and quality standard

Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times

Assist with inventory control and ingredient ordering

Experiment with new recipes and seasonal pastry items when required
