WANTED FEMALE TELECALLER - Tamil Voice Process

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident female telecaller who is fluent in Tamil and has strong communication and convincing skills. The candidate should be capable of explaining business loan processes clearly to customers and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
• Explain business loan products and processes to customers
• Convince and convert leads into successful deals
• Maintain good customer relationships and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of business loan processes is preferred
• Ability to close deals confidently
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Work Details:

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Location: R.S Puram, Coimbatore
• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
• Salary up to ₹18,000 + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Candidates with prior experience in the loan or financial service sector are preferred.
• Fluency in tamil mandatory, basic english preferred
• Willingness to work in a voice process/ telecalling role.
