Job Description – Branch Manager 

Industry: Transportation / Logistics

Experience: Minimum 3 Years 

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month 

Mandatory Requirement 

Car Carrier / Automobile/ Logistics/ experience is a must 

Roles & Responsibilities 

Branch & Operations Management 

● Manage end-to-end branch operations for car carrier/ transportation 

● Vehicle planning, placement, tracking, and trip settlement 

● Route-wise planning based on load factor and capacity utilization 

● Monitor route performance and market vehicle availability 

● Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with OEMs / dealers 

● Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints 

● Maintain strong relationships with clients and transport partners 

● Coordinate with truck owners, brokers, and vendors 

● Negotiate rates and manage vendor performance 

● Ensure compliance with fleet and safety regulations 

● Ensure smooth coordination between operations, sales, and accounts 

● Maintain all transport and vehicle-related documents 

● Vehicle documentation filing and ISO record maintenance 

Candidate Profile 

● Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation 

● Prior experience as Branch Manager / Operations Manager / Hub Manager preferred 

● Strong operational, coordination, and leadership skills 

● Basic computer knowledge (TMS/E-Cargo, Excel, email)
