Branch Manager

Job Title: Branch Manager – Overseas Education & Visa Services

Job Description:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the branch to ensure high performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth in overseas education and visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee daily branch operations while implementing strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

* Achieve revenue targets by increasing visa enrollments and expanding the market for study destinations.

* Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, institutions, and international education agents.

* Manage, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of visa counselors and processing teams to ensure productivity and service quality.

* Provide expert consultation for complex visa cases and guide clients on visa regulations, documentation, and application processes.

* Ensure all visa applications comply with immigration rules and maintain high visa approval success rates.

* Monitor branch financial performance including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

* Handle key clients, resolve escalated issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while protecting the company’s reputation.

* Plan and organize marketing initiatives such as seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Proven experience in overseas education, immigration, or visa consultancy.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent knowledge of study visa processes for Canada, the UK, Australia, and the USA.

* Strong communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and drive branch growth.

* Experience in marketing activities and partnership development is an advantage.
