Brand Development Associate

Role Expectation:

* Plan monthly creative themes & campaign concepts  

* Give ideas for brand videos, reels and advertisement creatives  

* Create mood boards and visual storytelling direction  

* Guide our digital marketing and production teams  

* Suggest innovative promotion ideas to improve showroom walk-ins  

* Help build premium and consistent brand identity  

This role is mainly for creative thinking & brand direction  

(Not regular design execution work)

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in retail / lifestyle / interior / furniture branding  

* Strong portfolio in campaign ideation & brand communication  

* Trend awareness in social media and ad creatives  

* Ability to convert business goals into powerful marketing ideas
