Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights, conducting thorough research to understand current operations, and synthesizing information to propose effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. You will play a crucial role in defining the future state of business processes and ensuring that customer requirements are met through innovative strategies and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Analyze data and trends to support decision-making and improve business processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and identify solutions. - Experience in process mapping and documentation. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
