Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. They focus on market research, building partnerships, and closing sales, often using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage prospects. Key duties include pitching services, conducting market analysis, and achieving targets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sales Pitching: Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients to promote products/services.
• Market Analysis: Identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
• CRM Management: Updating and maintaining client data in CRM systems
