Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at j technologies india private limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have 6 month to 2 years of experience in business development and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 6 month -2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the GPS or automotive technology industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the GPS and automotive technology industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth areas
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and customer needs
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to the management team
