Role OverviewThe Business Development Executive will serve as the face of Space Academy Edu — reaching out to schools, students, and communities to build awareness about our STEM programs.

This role focuses on student acquisition, school-level engagement, and event-based visibility to strengthen Space Academy Edu’s presence across Kerala and beyond.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit and represent Space Academy Edu at schools, educational institutions, and local events.
  • Build partnerships with school management, teachers, and parent communities to introduce our STEM programs.
  • Identify and participate in science fairs, education expos, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and interactive sessions to attract student participation.
  • Develop strategies to increase student enrollments and promote program engagement.
  • Maintain a database of school contacts and student leads for consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan local campaigns and promotional events.
  • Gather on-ground insights to improve outreach and product offerings.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, student outreach, or educational business development (freshers with strong enthusiasm for education may also apply).
  • Passion for STEM education and youth development.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with schools and students.
  • Preferred AttributesPrior experience working with schools, coaching centers, or NGO-led education programs.
  • Creative approach to community engagement and visibility-building.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and mission-oriented personality.
