Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage student enquiries, convert potential leads into admissions, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a team player, and someone who can take ownership of business growth activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Allocate classes and coordinate schedules between trainers and students.
• Support and motivate the team to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to promote training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a team effectively.
• Prior experience in business development, counselling, or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
