- Franchise Sales & Acquisition
- Explain franchise models, investment requirements, ROI, and operational expectations.
- Market Research & Territory Planning
- Assist in developing franchise expansion strategies and yearly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, communication, and pipeline progress.
- Work with operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees
