Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.

• Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover untapped market segments.

• Sales Execution: Develop customized pitches, presentations, and business proposals to convert prospects into customers.

• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring the deal aligns with organizational goals.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth efforts and ensure seamless client onboarding.

• Reporting: Track sales metrics, manage pipelines via CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and provide regular performance reports to management.
