Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: VGP Entertainment Centers, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years

With our in-house creative agency, we are committed to delivering innovative experiences for families, corporates, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth across all VGP Entertainment Centers through effective sales strategies.
  • Focus on corporate sales, institutional tie-ups, and educational group bookings.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, and travel agencies.
  • Work closely with the creative agency team to design innovative campaigns and packages for B2B and B2C sales.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective sales planning, negotiations, and closures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Represent VGP Entertainment Centers in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales (preferably in hospitality, entertainment, F&B, or leisure industry).
  • Strong network with corporates, educational institutions, and travel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively and create customized solutions for clients.
  • Willingness to travel across Chennai and Tamil Nadu for business development activities.
