Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: VGP Entertainment Centers, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years

VGP Amusement Park is a leading entertainment destination in Chennai, housing multiple attractions such as VGP Universal Kingdom (Theme Park), VGP Marine Kingdom (Aquarium Theme Park), VGP Cyber Kingdom, VGP Play Kingdom (Kids’ Play Areas), Sea Thru Diner (Multicuisine Restaurant), and VGP Waghoba – The Barcade Game Center. With our in-house creative agency, we are committed to delivering innovative experiences for families, corporates, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth across all VGP Entertainment Centers through effective sales strategies.
- Focus on corporate sales, institutional tie-ups, and educational group bookings.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, and travel agencies.
- Work closely with the creative agency team to design innovative campaigns and packages for B2B and B2C sales.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Achieve revenue targets through effective sales planning, negotiations, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Represent VGP Entertainment Centers in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales (preferably in hospitality, entertainment, F&B, or leisure industry).
- Strong network with corporates, educational institutions, and travel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think innovatively and create customized solutions for clients.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai and Tamil Nadu for business development activities.
