Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and approach potential customers through market visits, references, and lead generation activities.


Promote company products and services to prospective clients.


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.


Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, introducers, and remisier networks.


Collect and provide market feedback to improve business strategies.


Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and field events organized by the company.


Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company sales policies and procedures.


Coordinate with the branch team for client onboarding and support.


Maintain daily activity reports and update progress to the reporting manager.
