Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:The Telecaller will be responsible for managing incoming leads, making outbound calls, explaining clinic services, converting inquiries into walk-ins, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role plays a key part in improving walk-in conversion and maintaining the clinic’s brand reputation.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Follow-UpCall and follow up with all Meta/online leads promptly.
• Re-engage cold and warm leads to improve walk-in conversion.
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules.
• 2. Client Communication & ConversionExplain clinic services (Hair, Skin, Laser, Consultation packages) clearly and confidently.
• Handle objections and provide accurate information.
• Convince potential clients to book consultations or visits.
• Coordinate with the branch team to schedule appointments.
• 3. Customer ServiceMaintain a polite, professional, and positive tone while speaking.
• Provide post-consultation follow-up calls if needed.
• Ensure clients feel heard, supported, and guided.
• 4. Coordination & ReportingUpdate call outcomes, conversion status, and remarks each day.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager/Clinic Manager regarding client visits.
• Share daily call and conversion reports.
• 5. Performance GoalsAchieve daily/weekly targets for:
