Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Engineering, Arts, Commerce – all welcome

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for handling student leads, counseling them on suitable courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves active communication, follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets.

  • Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins).
  • Understand student requirements and counsel them on suitable courses such as:

  • SAP
  • Civil Design / BIM
  • Jewellery Design
  • Digital Marketing
  • Other professional & skill-based courses
  • Explain course details, duration, fees, career scope, and placement support.
  • Maintain proper lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
  • Achieve daily call targets and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel.
  • Build and maintain strong student relationships.
  • Required Skills Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of sales, counseling, or education industry is an advantage
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)
  • Candidates with experience in:

  • Education counseling
  • Course sales
  • Tele calling / Inside sales
  • Passionate about sales, career guidance, and student interaction
