The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for Medical and Engineering entrance exams. Candidates must understand student needs and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students via inbound/outbound calls.
• Follow up on leads from marketing and support teams.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication.
• Achieve targets in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate and above.
• Prior experience in Tele Sales/Counseling preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and targets.
• Highly organized and people-oriented.
