Job Description:

Smart Global Solutions is hiring an energetic Tele calling Cum Business Development Executive to handle client communication and support business growth activities. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good communication skills and an interest in sales and business development. The position follows a hybrid work model.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Fix appointments and coordinate with the sales team
• Build and maintain good client relationships
• Support business development and revenue generation activities
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Customer handling and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented mindset

Mandatory Requirements:

• Laptop is mandatory
• Mobile phone is mandatory
• Must bring all required documents during the interview
