Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate (Land Promoters)Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for our land projects by developing channel partners, generating high-value leads, and closing deals through effective business and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for land and plot projects
• Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct marketing
• Build and manage relationships with customers, agents, and investors
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion and follow-ups
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA norms, and documentation processes

Required Skills:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of real estate land/plot sales
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Ability to lead teams and handle targets independently
• Working knowledge of CRM and sales reporting

Experience & Qualification:

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
• Proven track record in land or plot sales preferred
• Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)

Work Location:

Office-based with field work as required
