Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM). As a fresher in this position, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to acquire the skills necessary for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and implement effective strategies for business development and client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients.
- Promote small savings to the public like RD, DRD, FD, and MIS schemes.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to generate leads and build a professional network.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities.
