Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 30 tele-calls daily to identify and connect with potential customers.
• Generate a minimum of 3 new client meetings every day through effective communication and lead generation.
• Create 6 qualified hot prospects every week through proper follow-up and relationship building.
• Achieve at least 1 confirmed order per week by converting prospects into customers.
• Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets consistently.
• After closing sales, ensure smooth customer onboarding and service support by coordinating with the internal service team.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Submit daily activity reports including tele-calls, meetings, prospects, and order updates.

Performance Expectations:

• Strong focus on daily activity discipline and sales conversion.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals independently.
• Must be target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle client meetings and presentations confidently.
• Basic knowledge of B2B sales / digital platforms / export marketplace is an advantage.
