Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Role:

- Conduct field visits and marketing activities to promote insurance opportunities.

- Support recruitment of agents through outreach, campaigns, and referrals.

- Meet prospective agents and explain company support and benefits.

- Assist agents with application forms, onboarding, and training coordination.

- Maintain daily activity report and update the management team.

- Build strong field relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups.
