Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Prospecting new clients, cold calling, and managing a pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
• Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential growth areas.
• Strategy Development: Creating strategic plans for business expansion and contributing to marketing strategies.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing deals.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts.
• Reporting & CRM: Using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track, report, and manage all pipeline activities.
• Important Note: A candidate should know how to drive a car, and they should have 2 wheeler by their own with all the necessary documents.
