Business Development & Sales Executive (0–2 Years) | Coimbatore
Location: Coimbatore (In-office)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or within 15 days preferred

We are looking for a motivated and growth-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our IT services team. This role blends sales execution and digital marketing support, giving you exposure to the complete revenue cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a career in IT sales, consulting, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and digital campaigns
- Execute outbound prospecting and follow-up strategies to build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct product and service presentations, virtual demos, and client discussions
- Understand client business requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Support and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Track and analyse campaign and pipeline performance to improve lead conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, pipeline, and sales metrics
- Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and solutions
- Assist in organising webinars, events, and promotional initiatives
- Support post-sale client onboarding and coordinate with internal delivery teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for retention and upselling opportunities
- Occasionally visit clients for meetings, discussions, or demos as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, B2B, or IT services (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce preferred)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, email campaigns, social media) is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Willingness to travel locally if required
