Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and providing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Contribute to the analysis and design/re-design of business processes - Define parts of an organization to improve performance - Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM - Strong understanding of business processes and performance improvement - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes - Knowledge of organizational design principles - Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A Top B School MBA is required
