Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that workflows are optimized for effectiveness, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Experience with process mapping and workflow design. - Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
