📌 Job Posting: Cafe Manager / Barista – Latha’s Bakehouse

📍 Location: Lathas Bakehouse, Avinashi Road, Goldwins , Coimbatore

💼 Job Type: Full-time

🕒 Working Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM (full time)

🪙 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives

🎓 Experience: 0–5 years (freshers welcome)

🗣️ Languages: Basic English or Tamil required

🍰 Café Type: Premium bakehouse with artisan cakes, coffee, and relaxed service

📅 Joining: Immediate

✅ Responsibilities:

Preparing espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, americano, etc.)

Operating coffee machines & grinders (training will be provided)

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene

Assisting with basic serving or POS

Interacting politely with customers
