• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic Chinese dishes (Schezwan, Cantonese, Hakka, etc.)
• Handle wok cooking efficiently
• Prepare sauces, gravies, and marinades from scratch
• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation standards
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage stock and inventory for the Chinese section
• Train junior kitchen staff if required
• Coordinate with Head Chef / Sous Chef for menu planning
