Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Location: Coimbatore

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site In-charge

Job Objective: To oversee and manage all on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring that construction works are executed as per design, specifications, quality standards, and timelines while maintaining safety and cost efficiency.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site execution of civil works including foundations, structures, concreting, and finishing.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure correct implementation.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct quality checks for construction materials and workmanship as per company and IS standards.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, manpower, material, and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations on site.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), material requisitions, and measurement sheets.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project management teams for inspections and approvals.
• Identify and resolve any technical or site issues promptly.
• Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–6 years of experience in civil site execution (residential / commercial / industrial projects).
• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Understanding of structural drawings, RCC works, and finishing activities.
• Familiar with quality and safety procedures.

CTC: Minimum 30 K PM to maximum 40 K PM
