Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Client Relationship Executives with strong communication and persuasion skills. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy engaging with business clients, following up on qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in fixing meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective manufacturing clients
• Explain ACCSOL’s services clearly and professionally
• Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English
• Hindi language skills will be an added advantage
• Confident, professional, and persuasive speaking ability
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools)
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation

Experience

• Minimum 1 - 2 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role
• Experience in B2B, services, or manufacturing-related calling is preferred

Job Location

• Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore (On-site role)
