Client Relationship Executive

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing ISP customers. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, handling service-related queries, improving retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling internet and related services.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

2. Issue Resolution & Support

• Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations
• Coordinate with technical and network teams to resolve connectivity issues
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tickets

3. Account Management

• Monitor customer accounts, usage, and service performance
• Proactively reach out to clients for feedback and service improvements
• Ensure renewals and minimize customer churn

4. Sales & Upselling

• Identify opportunities to upsell higher bandwidth plans, add-ons, or new services
• Promote new ISP products and offers to existing customers
• Achieve assigned revenue and retention targets

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Generate reports on customer feedback, complaints, and retention metrics.
