Client Service Executive

A Client Service Executive should have bike and valid license. A Client Service Executive acts as a bridge between property developers, government authorities, and clients to streamline project approvals, legal compliance, and documentation. They are responsible for securing licenses, managing property registrations, conducting due diligence, and resolving regulatory bottlenecks to ensure timely project execution. 

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for municipal corporations, revenue authorities, RERA bodies, and development authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals. Travel to client and government offices regularly through bike and move papers.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage end-to-end documentation for land purchases, property registrations, and sales, ensuring all activities comply with local laws.
• Approval Tracking: Follow up regularly on applications (zoning, construction permits, electricity, etc.) and handle queries or objections raised by authorities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between government bodies, developers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project flow and address any operational issues.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough checks on land records, documents and project viability to ensure statutory compliance.
