We're hiring a CLUSTER MANAGER for Retail Sales in Coimbatore Region
📍 Location: Coimbatore
👉 Job Description:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned stores, ensuring excellent customer service and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance, monitor inventory, and implement promotional strategies
- Foster strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize business opportunities
👉 Requirements: Retail sales experience preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales are welcome!
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹35k-₹40k/month
- Take-home: ₹32k-₹36.5k/month
- Target-based incentive: ₹10k+
⏰ Working Hours: 10am-8pm / 12pm-10pm
