Cluster Sales Manager (Retail)

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive monthly sales targets for all assigned stores  

* Monitor daily sales performance & store wise achievements  

* Train and motivate store sales teams to improve conversion  

* Ensure proper product display, offer execution & customer experience  

* Track average billing value, add-on sales and walk-in conversion  

* Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and lead follow-ups  

* Identify slow-moving stock and plan sales push activities  

* Submit daily / weekly performance reports to management  

Candidate Profile:

* 6–10 years experience in retail sales / store operations  

* Experience handling multiple stores or large format showroom  

* Strong leadership and target-driven mindset  

* Good communication and team management skills  

* Furniture / lifestyle / textile / electronics retail experience preferred  

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 + Performance Incentives
