Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CMM Hexagon Programmer with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in coordinate measuring machines and PC-DMIS software. The candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and optimizing CMM systems to perform precise inspections on high-accuracy components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize complex CMM programs using PC-DMIS (Hexagon platform).
• Perform dimensional inspections on precision parts using 3D CAD and GD&T.
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings and apply advanced GD&T concepts.
• Generate accurate inspection reports and support root cause analysis for non-conformities.
• Train and guide junior inspectors and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct equipment maintenance and ensure calibration traceability.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CMM programming using PC-DMIS.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD-based inspection.
• Experience inspecting high-precision components (aerospace, automotive, tooling, etc.).
• Knowledge of ISO/AS standards and quality documentation.
• Experience with SPC, MSA, and other metrology tools is an advantage.
