Job Description
Machine Setup
Prepare CNC machines with required tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Load programs and verify machine calibration.
- Programming & Operation
- Input or adjust CNC programs for specific machining tasks (milling, drilling, grinding, cutting).
- Operate machines to produce parts according to technical drawings.
- Quality Control
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure products meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
