Job Description

  • Operate and manage JV Kraft LMW CNC Milling Machine equipped with Fanuc control system.
  • Interpret complex 3D models and engineering drawings to translate design intent into precise machining operations.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and machining parameters for various materials to ensure accuracy, finish, and efficiency.
  • Independently set up jobs, zero points, and offsets, and verify programs before production.
  • Provide creative input and practical suggestions to engineers and designers for manufacturability and process improvement.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine performance issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with service engineers for corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed records of machining parameters, tools used, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure machine cleanliness, lubrication, and upkeep as per maintenance standards.
  • Maintain safety and quality compliance during all operations.
