Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Follow up with truckers and drivers over calls to collect PODs.
• Visit unloading points or meet drivers to collect PODs whenever required.
• Submit invoices to customers on time.
• Track PODs manually and keep daily records updated.
• Share POD status with customers and resolve any queries.
• Make sure no POD remains pending for more than 12 days.
• Ensure all PODs received in a day are billed on the same day.
