Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers for payment collection as per assigned list.
- Collect cash/cheque safely and deposit the amount at the branch daily.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and receipts.
- Visit branch regularly for submission of documents and reporting.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers for pending dues (no pressure/target).
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines during collection activities.
