Collection Manager

• Lead and manage the collections team (field & office staff) • Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce outstanding dues • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets • Review aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer visits for recovery • Train and guide collection executives for better performance • Handle escalated customer cases and disputes • Maintain accurate reports and MIS on collections • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies • Support the sales team as required to achieve overall business targets
