15 years of hands on experience in:
•  SAP Insurance Collection and Disbursement (SAP FSCD),
•  SAP ABAP and OOPS ABAP,    
•  SAP Workflow,
•  SAP Smart forms,
•  SAP Solution Manager,
•  SAP ChaRM.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Process Areas – Receivables, Broker Report, Payments and Batch,
Ø  Configure master data and payment plan distributions for various business types,
Ø  Managing Implementation and maintenance of Interfaces to FSCD,
Ø  Responsible for providing high level solution and design,
Ø  Review functional and technical specifications and develop corresponding system changes or enhancements,
Ø  Providing solution design for all major CR’s,
Ø  IMG configuration and customization of CD to Sompo’s business process to span across different states and business segments,
Ø  Direct Review of various aspects of the Functionality/Features of existing system,
Ø  Pro-actively identify the risks and dependencies,
Ø  Discuss the risks and dependencies with the client and identify the mitigation plan,
Ø  Work closely with testing team in identifying potential risks and issues.
