Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule doctor appointments
- Explain treatment plans, packages, pricing, and offers to patients
- Follow up with leads, existing patients, and inactive patients
- Maintain patient records, treatment history, and follow-up schedules in CRM
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk teams
- Handle billing coordination, payment reminders, and package tracking
- Address patient concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention
