Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges and ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve team processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
