Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance the development process and deliver exceptional results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
